Hire People on Monthly Basis

In-House Efficiency and Control @ Offshore Costs

In dedicated hiring model, we let you hire, manage, and pay for the talents you require for the assignment on a monthly basis. The people you hire will be our full-time employees but they will work exclusively for you. The project management control is directly in your hands thus giving you the ultimate control and flexibility over getting things done your way.

Full-time programmers work 9 hours per day, 5.5 days per week, Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Part-time programmers work for you 4 hours per day, 5 days per week, Monday - Friday. Your assigned programmer would work exclusively for you throughout your daily service period, and would not be assigned to any other customer during that time.

This model is guaranteed to save you at least 33.3% of cost against any fixed price quotes calculated even at $10/hr. This model is ideally suited for larger projects the scope for which evolves over time.
